Pet Friendly

We understand that your pets are part of your family and we are proud to offer pet-friendly apartments across Ottawa. 

In order to ensure a pleasant experience for all of our residents, pet owners agree to acknowledge the following:

Pet on property grounds & Clean up

The hallways, front entrance and back parking lot is a shared space by all of our residents and we therefore require that all residents clean up after their pets. Please dispose of doggy bag in a trash can for waste disposal.

Safe and Fair Pet Environment

We take pride to providing our residents with a safe place to call home, and we want the same for our Pet Residents. Pets may not be left on the patio, balcony, or in the common areas of the building unattended. Pets must be leashed at all times outside of the apartment for the health and safety of all residents.

Pet Damage

Residents are responsible for all damage caused to the apartment and premises by their pet. The room of pet guests will be inspected after move out and any such damages assessed will be charged accordingly. Excessive damage may include charges for professional cleaning, rug replacement, and lost revenue charges while the room is out of service due to cleaning and repairs.

We ask all pet owners to register their pet using the form below. This form will need to be completed and returned to our office by email or in person.

Pet owners hereby understand and agree that:
v  All pets must be registered with the office
v  Limit of TWO pets per apartment
v  No vicious or large breeds permitted
v  Cats must be kept indoors at all times, unless on a leash or otherwise confined
v  Dogs must remain in the unit at all times unless being walked on a leash by the Tenant. Dogs may not be tied outside or left otherwise unattended
v  Immediate cleanup after pets is required

Any violation of these rules will result in a notice being sent to the pet owner. A second notice will result in dismissal of the pet from the apartment. If we receive complaints from any tenants, this will be just case for termination of the tenancy.
